The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment (equal to 25% of the total amount of the stay) to be made at the time of booking (direct balance in the structure). We will then confirm your reservation via email (it is important that the account is written correctly) which will be the voucher you must show at the reception upon your arrival.

Up to 21 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid up to that moment
From 20 to 2 days before arrival: the amount paid can be reused, upon written request from the customer and availability of the structure, for a new stay within the current season or for the following year.
In the 24 hours before arrival there is no refund.
