General Conditions Standard Rate:
– Payment of the deposit at the time of booking by credit card or bank transfer
Cancellation Policy:
– no penalty from the time of booking until 22 days before the arrival date
– for cancellations made from 21 days before arrival until the day of check-in and no-shows, 25% of the total reservation will be charged.
– in case of early departure, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation
General Conditions Prepaid Rate:
– Payment for the entire reservation (excluding additional costs) by credit card or bank transfer upon request
The prepaid rate is non-refundable.
